Welcome to my Apartment
Over the last 10 years, I have had hundreds of lovely guests stay in the apartment right in the centre of Salisbury. If you are reading this then the chances are high that you have already stayed there as I get a very high number of repeat visitors. That pleases me greatly. And I hope that you want to come and stay again.
If you want to book a stay, please check the calendar below and enter a booking or by sending me an email. I have a Price Promise on this site that you won’t find the rates cheaper anywhere else and I also offer generous Discounts (see below) for bookings over 4 days and again for Non-Refundable bookings for when you’re 100% sure of your plans.

Discounts
I offer two levels of discount and they can be compounded to offer a maximum discount of 22.6%!
Non-Refundable Bookings
For when you’re 100% sure of your plans and happy to take the risk, I am pleased offer a 10% discount.
Long-Stay Bookings
For any bookings of 4 days or more, the rates are discounted by 12%.
I have set a maximum booking of 31 days, please contact me by email if you want a quote for a booking longer than this.
Free Cancellation
Standard bookings have Free Cancellation up to 5 days before your arrival but if you want the extra flexibility of free cancellation up to 1 day before your booking, then there is an option for this at Check-Out with a small 10% premium,

Nothing gives you a feel for the space of an apartment like a 360° Tour.

FAQs
Q: Are the drinks in the fridge complimentary?
A: Yes, they’re part of the ‘Welcome Pack’. Please enjoy them.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes. The apartment has a dedicated parking bay right outside of the front door. This is free for the duration of your stay.
Q: Is there an age limit?
A: I ask that the person responsible for the booking is over 21 years old and that they are staying in the apartment for the full duration of the booking.
Q: How does the “Price Promise” work?
A: Very easy, just email me if you think you’ve seen the price cheaper elsewhere and I will match or better it. However, you shouldn’t. I work hard to make sure that you will never see rates elsewhere lower than you do here.
Q: When and how do I pay?
A: By Credit Card. I will send you a payment link soon after your booking and, for a standard rate, it is important that you pay this at least 5 days before your arrival. I will send you a reminder 2 weeks before your booked date. For a non-refundable booking, immediate payment is required to confirm the booking.
Q: Do you accept other forms of payment such as cash, bank transfer or Paypal?
A: Sorry, no. Strictly payment via Stripe only. This is to protect both of us.
Q: Is it safe to give you my credit card details?
A: I won’t take your card details, I use Stripe to generate payment links and they process all payments so I never see the details of your credit card. Stripe is one of the most popular and secure payment processing systems.
Q: Can I get an early check-in or late check-out?
A: I always try to help but it very much depends on whether we have another guest arriving or leaving that day.
Q: I want a long stay booking but the calendar says that the apartment is not available for a few days in the middle of the time I want, is this negotiable?
A: Usually not, confirmed bookings are sacrosanct to me. However, there is a slight chance that the apartment is blocked our for a maintenance visit so please email me.
Q: Do I need to bring my own towels?
A: No. Towels & Bedding are provided for your stay.
Q: Is there an interim clean for a longer stay?
A: For any long-stay booking, I will email you and agree what works best for you. Some guests like an interim clean and some prefer privacy and I will just leave extra towels & bedding for your stay.
Q: Do I need to leave the apartment as I found it?
A: No. I just ask that you leave it relatively clean & tidy.
Q: What is the actual address of the apartment?
A: The apartment is in a city centre location on Fisherton St in Salisbury. I will send you check-in instructions about a week before your arrival.
Q: Where do I get the key from?
A: It is a self check-in process and I will send you check-in instructions about a week before your arrival
Q: We have 2 cars, where can the other car park?
A: Salisbury Central Car Park is easy walking distance from the apartment and the rates are very reasonable for a city centre location
Q: I want to book for long stay, can I get a different rate?
A: Email me for any bookings over 30 days and I will be pleased to send you a custom quote
Q: Is the apartment suitable for 2 work colleagues?
A: Yes. With 2 x Double Bedrooms and 2 x Bathrooms, we have had many bookings for work colleagues and our rates discounts are specifically structured to kick in for a working week from Mon-Thu night.
Q: Do you have Netflix?
A: There is a Smart TV in the apartment that has the Netflix app on it but we cannot provide a Netflix account for guests to use. If you use Netflix, please remember to sign out of your account before you leave.
